  14. Folks,
  15. I would like to design in 1M total DRAM for a 25MHz 68302 project. But since I 
  16. don't have any experience with DRAM, I'm unsure what parts to choose. In 
  17. particular, is there some widely used DRAM chip that is likely to be available 
  18. for at least 3 yrs. ? (Purchasing will have me shot if they have to jump through 
  19. too many hoops to get the parts.)
